FAME has an independent volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for the strategic direction of the Company as well as overall accountability for corporate governance in accordance with the Vision and Mission.

FAME Team Members
Tracy McNamara
Tracy is the CEO and Managing Director, drawing on nearly four decades of experience in business, philanthropy and conservation to support practical, on-ground action. She is motivated by complex challenges and evidence-based solutions and is passionate about building a strong community around conservation that delivers lasting outcomes. Tracy holds an MBA and was awarded the 2025 South Australian Women in Innovation Award for Environment.
Caroline Newman
Caroline is FAME’s Projects and Events Officer, managing the conservation projects FAME funds and coordinating events across the country, including project visits and donor experiences. She works behind the scenes on project delivery while also connecting supporters with the real-world impact they are helping to create. Motivated by seeing tangible conservation outcomes on the ground, Caroline feels privileged to support the people working to protect threatened species. and counts returning the first Red Handfish to the wild as one of the most unforgettable moments of her career.
Kylie Osborne
Kylie is FAME’s Business Services Manager, supporting conservation projects and the members and donors who make that work possible. A Fellow Chartered Accountant with close to 30 years’ experience across business management and professional services, she brings calm, clarity, and organisation to complex work and values building strong, trusted foundations behind the mission.
Vicki Yeates
Vicki is the Community Engagement Coordinator, building relationships with donors, organisations and community networks to support FAME’s conservation mission. Drawing on 30 years of experience in customer service, education and small business, she brings a people-first approach to sharing the impact of FAME and its partners, helping create a community committed to protecting the environment for future generations.
