Today is World Numbat Day, and to celebrate we have a video from our recent trip to see the monitoring project in Western Australia.

Since beginning our partnership with the Numbat Task Force and Dr Tony Friend some five years ago, we have witnessed the effectiveness of feral predator control and Numbat monitoring.
In that time, the Numbat population is estimated to have grown in Dryandra from around 100 individuals to an estimated 600 - the highest it has been since the late 1990s.
This is another clear indication that when we work together, we can change the future for Australia’s wildlife.
