The past few months have been really exciting for wild_.
High on the list of achievements is being fortunate to have articles recently published in three different publications and also our visit to the Australian Reptile Park to capture imagery of the adorable Eastern Quoll, Koala, Corroboree Frog, Broad-headed Snake and Red-tailed Black Cockatoo.
We are currently in the midst of organising our stall at the World Environment Day Festival on the Sunshine Coast which will be held on Saturday 3 June. It is set to be a huge day, attended by thousands, where we will be presenting imagery, information packs, videos, as well as having a Woma Python for people to view. Education is the key! If we can raise awareness by providing imagery and information whilst showcasing our amazing wildlife our life is complete.
I have also been busy organising a colouring book for kids, incorporating the images I have captured so far. It will be teamed with information on each species. I am also working on a card game for kids, based on 'Memory'.
I’d just like to thank FAME and all the donors so much for all their support so far. I feel so lucky to have been able to dedicate so much time to this project. Wild_ has become bigger than I originally thought and I really look forward to seeing what the next few years bring.
